Randstad France has been appointed as the official recruiter for the LEC Spring Roadtrip 2026, hosted by Karmine Corp from April 24 to 26 at Les Arènes de Grand Paris Sud in Évry-Courcouronnes.

The event is expected to welcome over 2,500 fans per day across three days of League of Legends competition, with Randstad responsible for deploying and managing all the staff involved in the production.

Beyond event staffing, the group has a broader human ressources ambition: leveraging this partnership to identify future talent within the esports ecosystem and guide them toward lasting career paths.

The company states in its announcement :

"Talent knows no borders, and the demands of esports are shaping the professionals of tomorrow"

Randstad has been active in esports since 2017, when it first partnered with tournament organiser ESL at the Paris Games Week. The previous events hosted in Les Arènes was already done in collaboration with Randstad.

The 3,000-seat venue, originally opened in 1975 and reopened in 2024 following five years of renovation and a €35 million investment by public authorities, has established itself as the leading cultural and esports facility in the southern Paris region.

Karmine Corp has been the arena's resident team since September 2023, and the Évry-Courcouronnes stop is part of a European circuit of five Roadtrips scheduled throughout the 2026 season, shared between Karmine Corp and Movistar KOI.

Tickets for the LEC Spring Roadtrip are now on sale, with six options available: day passes range from €40 to €60, while three-day passes go from €96 to €145.
