I don't see the point of making changes after 1 split. Changes bring reorganization and a new adaptation period, which doesn't necessarily mean the results will be better. Off the top of my head, the ERL players who could realistically make a case for a LEC spot at a team like Fnatic would need to have either already been on a LEC roster before, or be absolutely dominating their regional league to the point where the upgrade is obvious. The honest answer is that right now the pool is thin. Most ERL standouts who were LEC-ready have either already been picked up or the gap between ERL and LEC makes it hard to justify the risk for an org like Fnatic specifically, which needs results, not a development project. Do you have anyone in mind you think could be a better fit for this roster?
At least they don't fire rookies after one split The club needs better coaching staff to improve Vladi. With him in good shape, Fnatic can be good (not top 1 though but at least not be dead)
upset will win this split for sure
not with the v word i think
