A roster of former LEC names pulled off a reverse sweep against CHZZK Legends to win the Legends Match on CHZZK, claiming the ₩5,000,000 first-place prize in one of the more star-studded showmatches of the year.
The event, hosted by Korean streaming platform CHZZK, brought together three teams: two Korean line-ups of current and former pros, and a European side built from familiar faces of the Old Continent's competitive scene. With Huni, Jankos, Nemesis, Rekkles and Wadid, EU Legends came through the lower path and into the grand final, where they recovered from a two game deficit to close out the series.
Their opponents were no exhibition filler. CHZZK Legends fielded four former world champions — CuVee, , , and — a line-up stacked with Summoner's Cup pedigree across more than one Korean dynasty.
