The European organization GIANTX has announced the signing of UTAMED, Andalusia's first 100% online private university, as its "Official Education Partner" through the end of 2026.
The institution's brand will appear on the collarbone of the team's jersey in the LEC.
The two organizations share Andalusian roots: GIANTX, born in late 2023 from the merger between England's Excel Esports and Spain's Giants Gaming, maintains a foothold in Málaga, the city where UTAMED has set up its headquarters in the Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía.
The university, launched in October 2025, focuses on online training geared toward the job market in fields such as digital business, technology, and healthcare.
The deal goes beyond jersey sponsorship and includes integration into GIANTX's content as well as the production of original content, including a YouTube series.
"At UTAMED, we are committed to a flexible educational model, one that adapts to people's reality rather than the other way around. This vision aligns with that of a community like GIANTX, made up of digital-native profiles," said Paco Ávila, president of UTAMED.
