T1 and the agencies representing several of their players have launched a coordinated series of legal actions and public statements against ongoing online harassment and privacy violations targeting their roster.

Agencies go legal over coordinated cyberbullying

FANABLE, the agency representing Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok and Lee "Gumayusi" Min-hyeong, published an official statement on April 14 announcing that it would no longer tolerate the sustained campaign of harassment directed at its players. The legal proceedings against those who targeted Gumayusi are being pursued alongside a separate case involving Faker, after false rumours attempted to link him to a tax evasion controversy surrounding Gen.G's ADC Park "Ruler" Jae-hyuk — a move that backfired significantly on those who spread them. The agency stated it is actively pursuing all available measures, including both civil and criminal legal proceedings, and made clear that no leniency would be granted.
