Joe Marsh will continue leading T1 for several more years. According to reporter Lee Doo-hyun on Inven, T1’s board of directors approved Joe Marsh’s reappointment during two meetings held on March 16 and April 3.
Marsh, who has served as CEO since October 2019, should now remain in the role until March 30, 2029. Before joining T1, the American executive held leadership positions at Comcast Spectacor, including as chief financial officer and chief business officer.
Under his leadership, T1 has achieved major success, particularly in League of Legends, reaching four World Championship finals and completing a historic three-peat at Worlds. The organization has also reportedly returned to operating profitability.
