Team Vitality have officially secured first place in the LEC Spring split regular season. Karmine Corp's game two loss to GIANTX on Sunday made the standings mathematically out of reach for KC, handing Vitality the top seed.
The reward is significant: as first seed, Vitality will pick their own opponent for the upper bracket of the playoffs. Their options are G2 Esports, Karmine Corp, and either MKOI or NAVI depending on tonight's MKOI vs G2 result. An MKOI win sends them into the top four; any other outcome puts NAVI through instead.
