Weibo Gaming have stunned Anyone's Legend with a 3-1 victory, ending AL's run just short of the Lower Bracket Final. WBG will now face JD Gaming for the last LPL spot at First Stand 2026 in São Paulo.

AL entered the year as one of the favorites to dominate the LPL. They were China's finest last year and returned with an unchanged roster, but the chemistry that made them so dangerous has looked off against the top teams in playoffs. A top-four exit is a bitterly disappointing start to their season.

Zhao "JieJie" Li-Jie earned Player of the Match honors with a KDA of 4, 69% kill participation, and a staggering 263% damage-to-gold conversion rate. He even locked in Warwick in game four — a champion that had not been picked in the jungle in professional play since 2017. JieJie's Warwick delivered on the champion's fantasy: he preyed on AL tonight, hunted them down, ate them alive...

Tang "Zika" Hua-Yu and Zhao "Elk" Jiahao were also the driving forces behind the upset. Elk in particular was unstoppable, averaging a 16.3 KDA with 990 DPM across the series. On AL's side, Cui "Shanks" Xiao-Jun had a disappointing showing, finishing 6/15/19 with just 630 DPM — a far cry from his convincing performance against Invictus Gaming.
