Hanwha Life Esports (HLE) has announced the renewal of its partnership with Monster Energy for the 2026 season. The initial deal was signed in April 2025, featuring the Monster logo on the left shoulder of players' jerseys alongside online and offline content activations.
Monster Energy is one of the most active sponsors in the global esports ecosystem, operating as a "cross-team brand" with multiple entry points across esports organisations. The energy drinks sector alone accounts for over a third of all food & beverage sponsorships recorded in esports. Monster sits at the top of the pack with a particularly broad portfolio of partner teams, including Team Liquid, Fnatic, Gen.G Esports and OpTic Gaming.
Monster's commercial portfolio also includes deals with ESL Gaming, covering the CS2 circuit and the mobile esports ecosystem.
For HLE, this renewal confirms the club's commercial appeal to brands well-established in the ecosystem and proves the effectiveness of certain co-branded activations such as the talk video series with the League of Legends team.
