misa leaves

Misa Esports is leaving League of Legends. In a farewell statement posted on their socials, the Turkish organization confirmed they were closing their LoL division, ending a run that began when they entered the TCL at the end of 2023.

The org framed their three years as a family project, thanked their players, staff and fans, and listed what they saw as their high points: three TCL titles and a third-place finish on the EMEA stage. They stressed that, for now, only the League of Legends branch is closing.

Misa won the TCL twice in 2026, taking the Kickoff in March and the Spring playoffs in June, and they had already lifted the 2025 Summer playoff trophy. Their best result outside of TCL result came at EMEA Masters Winter 2026, where they finished third after leading Solary 2-0 and getting reverse-swept in the deciding series.

The closure landed two weeks after Misa swept PCIFIC Esports 3-0 to win the TCL 2026 Spring playoffs on June 5, at the EMEA Masters Spring main event on June 13. Misa went big at the start of the year. Last winter they paired Turkish players and with and two Korean imports from LCK CL — and — and and reached the EMEA Masters Winter semifinals.
