FAZE ESPORT CORSAIR PARTNERSHIP

GameSquare announces that its esports organization FaZe Esports is partnering with CORSAIR under a three-year, seven-figure agreement.

CORSAIR becomes FaZe's exclusive mouse, keyboard, headset and mousepad partner, with jersey sleeve placement and category exclusivity. Co-created content, digital campaigns and live event activations round out the partnership.

CORSAIR's been one of the most respected brands in gaming and esports for a long time, and we're thrilled to work with them."Justin Kenna, CEO of GameSquare

"FaZe Esports is one of the most iconic gaming organizations in the world. We can't wait to get actionable feedback on our products from some of the best gamers in the world, so we can create products that truly meet and exceed their needs."Tobias Brinkmann, SVP Gaming Devices at CORSAIR

FAZE CORSAIR GIVEAWAY

As a reminder, GameSquare acquired 100% of FaZe Clan in March 2024 at a valuation of roughly $16M through an all-stock deal — a fraction of FaZe's $725M valuation at IPO.

Financial performance

GameSquare delivered a landmark Q4 2025: revenue up 142% to $18.5M for the quarter ($45M for full-year 2025) and, crucially, its first-ever positive adjusted EBITDA at $1.7M — a turning point for FaZe's parent company. For 2026, GameSquare is targeting $85–90M in revenue with adjusted EBITDA above $5M.

On CORSAIR's side, 2025 ended on strong footing: $1.47 billion in annual revenue (+12%) and adjusted EBITDA of $101M, up over 80%. For 2026, Corsair expects revenue between $1.33 and $1.47 billion, with EBITDA in the $100–115M range.
