T1 announced on 5 June that it has signed a multi-year extension of its partnership with the SteelSeries brand.
Under the terms of this renewed agreement, SteelSeries will retain its status as official headset partner for T1's players on League of Legends and VALORANT. The partnership between the two entities first began in 2021.
Focus on Product Development
For the entire duration of the contract, the two companies plan to collaborate on a range of projects:
- Product testing
- Marketing activities
- Events
- Esports tournaments and brand activation campaigns.
A major focus of the partnership will be product development, with players taking part in testing SteelSeries' headsets and dedicated software while also contributing to feature improvements. They will work as co-creators, providing feedback from the professional esports scene to improve device quality and the overall gaming experience.
